The Australian joint venture was established in October 2008. Simrad Optronics ASA owns 55% of the company's shares.

Vingtech Australia will promote and sell products from the Simrad Optronics Group. The company will have the possibility for production in the future. The Australian subsidiary will be responsible for all the maintaining, repairing and training.

By being present in the local market, Simrad Optronics ASA will have a better opportunity to demonstrate our products for potential customers in Australia and New Zealand.
