Vingtech Corp. is a US subsidiary and fully owned by Simrad Optronics ASA, which also is the owner of Vinghøg AS in Norway. Vingtech is established in totally renewed offices and production facilities in the Biddeford Industrial park in Maine, USA.

Vingtech is set up to manufacture the Simrad Optronics and Vinghøg's products for the US marketplace.
