Shareholder policy

Simrad Optronics's objective is to ensure its shareholders a competitive return on invested capital through capital growth and ­dividends.

To the extent that the development of the results at the group and the group's liquidity permit it, and this does not impose any restrictions on the growth of the Simrad Optronics group in terms of volume and future earnings, the objective is for the share to produce competitive returns when seen in relation to other companies with a comparable risk profile. The most important priority in the medium term, however, is to ensure that the group reaches and exceeds a critical mass on the international markets.
