Kristian Haneberg, CFO of Simrad Optronics ASA has decided to take up a position outside of the Group. Mr. Haneberg will be replaced by Tor Ivar Kolpus (42) effective April 28th.

Mr. Kolpus has been serving as Financial Director at Vinghøg AS - a subsidiary of Simrad Optronics ASA - since July 2007. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Kolpus held management positions at Visma - a Nordic software and outsourcing company.
